Note:

You will only be eligible for returns/exchanges for the following reasons:

• DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED
• WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

Any item for return needs to be in the original condition you received; unused and unworn, with original tags (if any) and the original packaging.

All items are QC'd before shipping out. In the unlikely event that you receive defective or wrong item, reach out to us at info@fortunecentrefc.com with a clear image of your defective product and we'll walk you through the next steps to take.

Please note that we do not consider the following to be defects:

• Ordered wrong size 
• Item does not fit well
• Minimal difference in measurements (please allow 1-2cm tolerance in measurements as these items are made by hand)
